Delivery time

Thanks to our stocks, we can usually deliver within 2-4 working days. Should the product you have ordered be temporarily out of stock, it will be delivered within approximately 10 working days.

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay by debit or credit card, and the corresponding amount will be debited your account at the time of purchase.

Is my personal information protected?

Yes, 112ink guarantees that we will not distribute or sell any information. We are in strict compliance of the Swedish regulations on the protection of personal information. Under this law, we are obliged to inform you that your purchase implies your approval for us to store your information in our database.

WARRANTY AND CLAIMS

- 112ink guarantees that the products you have ordered are faultless when delivered and will not harm your printer.

- If the product does not perform as intended, 112ink will gladly replace it with a new product.

- Your printer warranty will not be affected whether you use recycled, compatible or original cartridges.

Should the product have any problem, always contact customer service before returning the product. You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt.

WHAT TYPES OF CARTRIDGES ARE THERE?

Original cartridges - Produced by the original manufacturer, for example HP, Lexmark, Canon, Epson.

Remanufactured - Original cartridges that are reused in order to minimize the impact on the environment. Empty cartridges are collected and sent to a particular factory where they are cleaned, refilled and tested to ensure good print quality. The ink meets the same quality standards as the original ink, and the remanufactured cartridge contains as much ink as a new original cartridge. Recycling the cartridges makes them less expensive for the consumer than orginal cartridges.

Compatible cartridges - Suit your printer as well as original cartridges, but are not produced by the original manufacturer. The ink meets the same quality standards as the original ink and the compatible cartridge contains as much ink as a new original cartridge. Nonetheless, compatible cartridges are sold at a much lower price than original cartridges.
