Card payment

112ink offers payment services via MasterCard and Visa. Card payments are handled by our cooperating partner BIBIT (Royal Bank of Scotland). When you pay by card, the corresponding charge is made at the time the order has been completed. Monetary transfers between 112ink and BIBIT take place with the use of secure technology (SSL/HTTPS). The card-issuing company´s responsibility for non-authorised use of the card applies. Your card number and personal details are protected by BIBIT and will not be made available to a third party. No information on your card will be stored by 112ink.

Deliveries

Our warehouse makes it possible for us to deliver within 1-2 working days. Normally, your order will be sent out within 24 hours. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, the entire order will be backordered until complete delivery can be made. Shipping will be charged at £2.99 per order, regardless of the size of the order.

Guarantees and returns

112ink guarantees that the products will work in the manner intended and will not damage your printer. Should the product not work, 112ink guarantees that it will be replaced by a new product. Your printer guarantee will not be affected whether you use a compatible or an original cartridge. If you would like to return a product which is defective at the time of delivery, you must do so within a reasonable amount of time after having discovered the defect. Please contact our customer service center in the event of any defective deliveries so we may correct the defect. Contact customer service before you return a defective/incorrectly delivered product. 112ink offers its customers full right of return, i.e. the right to return an item without any particular reason within 14 days from receipt of the goods. The item you return must be in perfect condition, complete with the original unbroken packaging (the seal or protective plastic covering must not be broken). You will pay for the return postage yourself. 112ink will be responsible for any transport damage which may arise. Please contact the Post Office immediately if you discover that a package has been damaged. If the Post Office does not assume responsibility for the damage, please contact 112inks customer service center. For the return of goods from customer to 112ink, the customer will be responsible for any damage which may arise during transport.

False orders

False orders or attempted fraud will be reported to the police.

Personal information policy

112ink treats your personal information with the greatest caution. All personal information which you provide to us, or any information which we receive in connection with your purchase, will be handled by 112ink under strict observation of the Swedish law on personal identity and electronic data. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our obligations to you at the time of purchase, as well as for customer communication.

MINIMUM AGE

The minimum age for ordering from 112ink is 18 years.
